OVERVIEW

Cancellation of Order before Dispatch

 

  1. Reynold’s hereby informs customers that a customer receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify that we have accepted the customers order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the company's offer to sell. Reynold’s reserves the right at any time after the receipt of a customer's order to accept or decline the customer's order for any reason. Reynold’s further reserves the right any time after the receipt of a customer's order, after prior notice to the customer, to supply less than the quantity the customer ordered of any item. Customers orders will be deemed accepted by Reynold’s upon shipment of products or performance of services that customer has ordered as indicated by the company's servers. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. Reynold’s may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

  2. Reynold’s has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Reynold’s has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and customers credit/ debit/ cash card charged. If the customers credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and the customers order was cancelled, Reynold’s shall issue a credit or return the amount to the customers credit/ debit/ cash card account for the amount of the charge. This shall take 5-10 working days to be processed by the bank upon filing a return request for the amount.

  3. Customers are entitled to cancel an order of any product, booked on the website, by placing a "Cancel Order" request, by logging a call with the Reynold’s Customer Care Centre by phone on +91-80-25704481

  4. "Cancel Order" can be placed anytime after booking of order by intimating us immediately through our Customer Care Number, and before item/s have been dispatched from the warehouse.

 

Return Policy for Home Delivery of Products after Dispatch (Only in case product is defective or damaged, order has missing items or an incorrect product was delivered)

 

  1. All products purchased from the website have a 10 day 'Return Policy'.

  2. Any product, purchased from the website, can be returned to Reynold's within 10 days of delivery of the same to customer by placing a "Return Order Request" by logging a call with Reynold’s Customer Care Centre by phone on +91-80-25704481. 

  3. Any product purchased from the website can be returned to the Reynold’s only if the product supplied by Reynold’s is damaged, defective or the product received is different from the product that was ordered or the item was damaged during transit.

  4. The customer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.

  5. In the event of removing the packaging of the product, and the customer finds the product is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the product that was ordered, customer shall immediately intimate the Reynold’s Customer Care Centre about such damage and/or defect and/or difference. Reynold’s shall arrange for the replacement of the product or refund of price of the product along with shipping charges, if any, collected by Reynold’s, in the unlikely event of the company being unable to replace the damaged and/or defective product. For any Refund or Exchange / Replacement of Product the relevant provisions of Refund and Exchange shall apply as given herein.

  6. In case of Cancellation (Return / Replacement) of order after delivery of the product to customer, Reynold’s will arrange a pick up for the product to be returned. Customers will assist and cooperate fully to return the product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other items which were delivered to customer along with the product being returned. At the time of pickup the customer will be provided with acknowledgement of pick up by Reynold’s Logistics Partner. Customers should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or produce the same in all his/her future communications with Reynold’s in this regard.

  7. All free gifts, in original packaging as delivered and unused condition, must be returned along with the product in case of cancellation of order of the product with which the free gift(s) is/are given.

 

Exchange / Replacement for Home Delivery after Dispatch of Products (Only in case product is defective or damaged, order has missing items or an incorrect product was delivered)

 

  1. In case the product is found having certain defect(s) immediately after delivery of the same, customer can request for exchange/ replacement of the product any time after delivery of the product but not later than ten (10) days from the date of delivery of the product (which do not require any demo/installation) or ten (10) days from date of demo/installation (if manufacturing/working defect is discovered at the time of demo/installation for those products which require demo/installation), by registering a call on the Reynold’s Customer Service Centre at +91-80-25704481. 

  2. In case a customer decides to get replacement of the product due to a certain defect in the product as provided above, then Reynold’s will arrange pick up of the product to be exchanged/ replaced. However, customers must agree to assist and cooperate to return the product with all its accessories, freebies, original packing materials and such declaration duly signed by customer as may be suggested by Customer Service Centre while registering call for return/replacement.

  3. Subject to the provisions as set out here in above, customer hereby agrees and understands that she/ he cannot return any products purchased on the Website at any Reynold's store. Products can be returned by customer only by registering a "Return Order Request" by logging a call with the Reynold’s Customer Service Centre at +91-80-25704481.

  4. In case of any defect arising after delivery of the product or after demo/installation of the product as the case may be, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand in accordance with respective manufacturer's warranty terms.

  5. In case a customer opts for replacement of the product due to any defect at the time of delivery or demo/installation of the product, customer will have to ensure that the product is returned in an undamaged and saleable condition including all accessories and manuals. There should be no signs of external damage on the packaging, including the original carton. 

 

If you want to cancel the order, please do so by calling at our call centre +91-80-25704481 immediately or when our executive calls you for an order verification. Order cannot be cancelled after it has been dispatched.

 

Once an order is delivered it cannot be returned / cancelled. In case of any damage in transit it can be replaced after informing us via call or email along with photo proof of any such damages upon receiving the item/s.

 

The customer will be bound by the return policy of the company and shall not hold the Reynold’s liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation of the order.

 

No Warranty for Freebies

 

Free gifts given with any of the products purchased from the website will not be exchanged and/or covered under any kind of warranty.

It is expressly stated that if any products are not available with Reynold’s for an exchange, the money shall be refunded to the customer less any bank charges for processing the amount transferred and/or any costs incurred by Reynold's for processing the order. in accordance with the Refund Policy of the company as set out herein.
